Payment details (card number and the like) never pass through our servers; they are processed exclusively by Stripe. We do not create user profiles and we do not sell data.
We do not pass any data about users to bookmakers. If you click a link to a bookmaker, from then on you are on its website and its rules apply.
We use only these three first-party cookies, and no third-party cookies:
ew_s keeps you logged in (valid for 30 days, HttpOnly).ew_lang remembers the site language you chose with the SK | EN switch or through a link with ?lang=sk or ?lang=en. It is set only when you choose a language, contains only the value “sk” or “en” and is valid for 365 days (HttpOnly).ew_src remembers the campaign parameters from the link through which you first came to the site (for example utm_source or gclid from an advertisement), so that we know which channels bring registrations. It is set only on a visit through such a link, is not overwritten, is valid for 90 days (HttpOnly), and on registration its content is saved to your account.ew_s and ew_lang are necessary for a service you request yourself (login, chosen language), so we do not need consent for them. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Your browser remembers tab and filter settings locally (localStorage); they are not sent to us.
You have the right of access to the data, to their rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR). We will delete the account and all data relating to it on request sent to info@edgewatch.io, as a rule within 7 days. If you believe that we process data in breach of the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, dataprotection.gov.sk).
We store passwords only as a salted scrypt hash. The connection is encrypted (HTTPS). Only the controller has access to the database. In the event of a personal data breach that could put you at risk, we will inform you in accordance with Article 34 GDPR.
We may update this policy; the current version is always at this address, and we will announce material changes by e-mail.
